Core Root Crafts is the latest addition to the Core Home family of environmentally friendly houseware collections. All Root Crafts products are crafted from a species of Chinese Fir called Shan Mu, using the roots and stumps as a starting ground to create beautifully designed home décor and housewares. By using tree stumps left behind by loggers, reforestation is accelerated, helping to re-build forests that are currently being harvested for other uses. Each item is created by our team of experienced artisans under safe and environmentally friendly working conditions.

All of our items have their own unique size and grain as they are crafted from the actual root of the tree. This adds to the overall beauty of this collection by maintaining the look and feel of the environment from which it originates.
